If there is any difference between the description on this website and a signed SearchPass agreement, the terms of the executed client agreement control.
Commercial Principles
- SearchPass fees are paid upfront.
- SearchPass fees are non-refundable.
- SearchPass includes the number of placements specified in the purchased package.
- Replacement protection is provided subject to the replacement terms in the applicable SearchPass agreement.
- Search parameters and the engagement period are defined in the applicable SearchPass agreement.
- Larger or specialized hiring programs may be separately scoped.
